Food For Thought – My Meal Plan This Week

This week I’m sharing my latest meal plan with you. I’m so sick of never knowing what’s for dinner and ending up ordering take-out. It’s time I got my diet organised. I like to theme my days. It makes the meal planning process easier for me. I’ll simply search “theme” recipes or low fat “theme” recipes online, and select from what’s available. I clip my recipes using One Note.
